In some exceptional circumstances we may be able to accept a new patient sooner.
 
You will need to confirm that we can acquire your pet’s clinical records from your previous practice. The RCVS stipulates that we must do this when a client registers at a veterinary practice. If you do not consent unfortunately you cannot be added to the waiting list.
