A word from our owner and director.
My name is Nicola Fairweather and I am a Qualified Veterinary Nurse who has worked in the profession since 1974.
I am passionate about the care and welfare of animals, their well-being is always paramount from the start of their lives and sadly right up to the end of their lives.
We listen, we care, we help and we are dedicated to our clients and their pets because we can. Tender Paws is a single Independent Practice with a Professional team who have a wide range of skills and experience.. You can always see or speak to the same staff members whether they are front of house or Qualified Nurses and Vets.
Being an Independent Practice gives us the freedom to
make choices for you and your pets.
Here at Tenderpaws we have the flexibility to make our own decisions and we pride ourselves on the personal, caring and understanding manner in which the team works. All staff including myself are passionate about their jobs and we are here to help at all times.
Our clean, professional surgery offers the ideal peace-of-mind environment for you and your pet. You will always see a familiar face at reception – including the surgery cats and dogs – and our approach is to understand and identify all the needs of our patients and owners. Visitors can enjoy free parking, and the nearest train station is Hayes.
